Returning after buying in our physical store
Since you were able to physically inspect the object, you have ONE WEEK to return it back to our shop and get a full refund in case the object is brought back in the same condition as it was bought. No questions asked.
Returning after buying via our website
In case you order via our website, you have guaranteed protection by EU Law.
If for what ever reason, within two weeks after receiving the goods, you want to return the objects bought via our website and wants a refund these are the steps:
1. Notify as soon as possible upon receiving the goods and not later than two weeks after receiving via Whatsapp. We will share our email address after we received your Whatsapp.
2. Take pictures of all sides of the object and send via email to the above mentioned email. If possible take pictures of the packaging too.
3. DONT START SHIPPING unless you get a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) code from us. We may provide you with an other address in The Netherlands to where the goods must go!
4. Please note that the costs for returning the goods are for the buyer.
5. After receiving the goods, the buyer is responsible for correct storing, packaging and safe shipping.
6. Once received, our staff will make pictures of the object and send these to buyer.
7. If the goods received are in the same condition as listed on our website, the buyer will get a 100% refund.
10. The object must arrive 30 days back to our company from the day the buyer received it.
11. If the goods arent in the same condition, it is up to StartVintage/Tendance Antique to determine the amount, if any, of the refund.
